I have been studying JSD slowwwwwwlllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyy, meaning in the last few years have attended a couple of Kathy’s classes in Victoria and resonating a lot with the five elements. Who would have thunk, after being such an anatomy/physiology Namikoshi fanatic!!!
